Mr. Greenberg is a Managing Director with the B. Woods & Company advisory group with more than 10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, and business ownership. Mr. Greenberg’s experience includes buy- and sell-side M&A projects with industrials, food & beverage, energy, logistics, healthcare, and other industries.

 

Prior to joining BWC, he owned and operated a supportive living business in the Phoenix metro area. Mr. Greenberg’s prior experience includes tenure at Capstone Partners in the Special Situations group facilitating lower and middle market investment banking transactions; corporate development at Reddy Ice Corporation, Pinnacle Propane, and Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning.

 

Prior to his corporate development experience, he was with Wells Fargo’s M&A Advisory Group, providing sell-side investment banking services for private lower and middle market companies. Mr. Greenberg holds an MBA from Baylor University, Hankamer School of Business and a BBA in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University.
