With a decade of experience in financial services, Mr. Woods has significant investment banking expertise, having advised both buyers and sellers of lower middle market companies during sale transaction processes.

 

Prior to founding B. Woods & Company, he held a variety of positions in the investment banking industry, primarily focused on developing new business and executing transactions. Mr. Woods holds a Bachelor of Science in Management & Information Systems from The Pennsylvania State University.
