Ms. Niu has over 10 years of experience as a financial services professional. She has provided financial consulting services for cases including M&A, due diligence, valuations, fairness opinions, bankruptcies, shareholder disputes, restructuring, and turnaround management for numerous private and public companies

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Niu held a variety of positions in the financial services and consulting industry, including the REIT portfolio management team at Principal Financial Group, and the investment banking division at J.P. Morgan Chase. She earned a Master of Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and also holds a B.S. from Arizona State University.
